The European IST Prize is the most distinguished Prize for innovative products and services in the field of Information Society Technologies.

The Prize is open to companies or organisations that present an innovative IT product with a promising market potential.

The European IST Prize is organised by Euro-CASE, the European Council of Applied Sciences, Technologies and Engineering, with the sponsorship and support of the IST Programme of the European Commission.

50-70 European IST Prize Nominees are selected among all applicants: free presentation of their companies and products.
Access to diversified services.

20 European IST Prize Winners
are selected among the Nominees: € 5,000 awarded to each, and exhibition of their product at the
2004 IST Event in The Hague
on 15-17 November 2004.

3 European IST Prize Grand Prize Winners are selected among the Winners: € 200,000 each and the European IST Prize Trophy.

Theme: Novel products or services with a high information technology content and evident market potential.
